Well we have now sold the house to a cash buyer and he wants to move in in September. Perfect for us as we will be back from Florida then!

Time to start looking for a rental.

Oz new tax year!!

The Oz tax year starting from July 1st and VISA's are now being issued again after a good 3-4 months of not much happening. Obviously our visa has only been in for just over a month but it will be nice to seem them start moving into 2008 applications soon!

Out house has been up for sale since the start of June 08' and we have had quite a few viewings. Had an offer yesterday which is good. Now pushing to get a bit more out of the buyer and then try to get out into renting asap.

We all go to Florida in exactly 6 weeks time!! cannot wait ! (The Villa Pool PIC above). It would be nice to finalise this house sale and move out before then (this guy is a cash buyer) we shall see!!

Lina's mum and dad have their VISA and are waiting on a start date of new job in September. So should know about that soon.

Progressing & waiting now!!!

Well we have now had my skills confirmed from the ACS in Sydney. I passed with 2231-79 (nec) & Security MODL points. VERY PLEASED! That was on the 22nd May 2008.

We have now lodged our 175 Permanent residence VISA on the 27th May 2008 and had confirmation from the DIAC. Finally uploading all the necessary documents.. there are loads!!!

Want to move to Sydney

January has gone and Feb is here already!! Last month myself, wife and 2 toddlers decided we were going to start the long road in applying for permanent Visa's, to move, live and work in Sydney.

Its going to be a long year ahead but we are all exited already!!
